Druid School Internship

This position is filled for 2023. 

Immerse yourself in the sanctuary, stewardry and community of Dreamland and the Green Mountain Druid School this year!  We are looking for a person who is responsible, independent, friendly, motivated, good with animals, and likes working with their hands.


Work 8-10 hrs/week from May – October in exchange for Bard year of Druid Training.

Intern will work about 3 hrs on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons between 1-5pm.

Help with a variety of outdoor projects from building, to gardening, to painting, repairs, weed whacking, wood stacking, trail clearing

Prepping, cleaning and stocking bathrooms, cottage and yurt for guests and events

Occasional house and animal sitting when Fearn is away.


Immersion in the sanctuary, stewardry and community of Dreamland and the Green Mountain Druid School 

Full tuition for Bard Grade of Dreamland Druid Training

Hands on learning from gardening, to medicine making and food preservation

You may claim personal space in the garden or help tend the whole.  Access to some garden produce as it ripens.  

Admission to additional workshops, dances, ceremonies at Dreamland

Sleeping quarters options; sleeping loft in our new shed or tent on platform in woods.

Access to yurt kitchen, outhouse, solar shower, gardens, temples, etc.

On Wednesdays we usually go to the Worcester Community lunch.  Its fun and yummy and includes a locavore food shelf.  


Other considerations:

Intern must be comfortable with simple, off grid living. This means limited electricity,  no wifi except at Fearn’s house, poor cell reception, limited heating.  

The intern usually lives full time at Dreamland Sanctuary for the season.  They must provide their own food and transport. If they need to go away, hours can be made up. 

The yurt living space and kitchen is available for intern use, but must be tidied and cleared for events. 

Intern must give space and privacy to Ovate students when they are here each month. 

The intern will be expected to meet the basic requirements and gnome work as a student of the Green Mountain School.
